An existing client contacted Essential Communications Services with a problem with their set up. After the changes in the Telstra network with the shut down of 3G, their mobile broadband internet had become very unstable and basically useless.
We attended their premises and discovered that, as mentioned, there was very little 4GX coverage in their area. There was, however, 5G coverage that was accessible with the right equipment.
Their previous set up was two 700-2700MHz XPOL antennas running down to two separate service routers. With the new system, we were able to move everything to one service, cutting their costs for mobile broadband data.
We installed a new Poynting X-Polarised Wide band MuMIMO 4G & 5G Antenna, utilising their existing cabling with two new LCU400 Coaxial Cables. As their previous modem was not 5G capable, Essential Communications supplied a Teltonika RUTX50 5G Modem to site.

Once completed, the installation improved both 4G and 5G data services within the home. Previously the client had little to no data available through their network.
